Terms and ConditionsTERMS: All prices are F.O.B. Surrey, BC and are subject to change without notice. Net 30 days, on approved credit. Overdue account 2% per month. SHIPPING: We will use the cheapest or best shipping company, unless customer specifies shipping agent. In case of damage, call agent or carrier immediately for inspection and file claim with carrier. On most of our shipments, the carrier is responsible for the first $50.00. After the deductible, you can claim against us but we still need a copy of the carrier claim form. RETURNS: No returns accepted unless approved. There is a 10% restocking charge. CLAIMS: No claims on shortage unless reported within 6 days after receipt of merchandise. FREIGHT POLICY: DFW reserves the right to choose the best courier for each shipment. On orders over $200.00 that can be shipped by CANPAR, and are charged to a VISA or MASTERCARD, or paid by enclosed cheque (if order is overpaid by cheque, the balance will be returned with the shipment). There will be a maximum of 5% freight allowance. Shipments requesting Bus delivery will be shipped Freight Collect, with no discount for freight. Orders under $100.00 are subject to a $5.00 service charge. DISCOUNT POLICY: Case lot of SINGLE ITEM, SINGLE COLOUR (no mixing of colours or items!) on silk flowers and plants will receive a 10% discount. CASE LOT ON DRIED FLOWERS |
